Fall Into Fitness Virtual Bootcamp

I’m looking for 5 women or men that want to lose weight and/or get stronger

 You’d be a part of my Fall Virtual #FitFamily.

💪🏻 You’ll workout out 4 days a week from the comfort of your home (or gym)
The other 3 days to are your choice to simply rest or do what you already love {classes, CrossFit, run, PT, etc…}

🍎 follow a super simplified nutrition plan for even the pickiest eaters & must be willing to have 1🍪TREAT day per week…. still enjoy & LIVE your life.
