Actually, they are amaze-balls.
IMO – they taste like normal pancakes…except they are green. And healthy…
They freeze well so you can batch prep them on a weekend and have pancakes for weeks 🙂

Never heard of spinach pancakes. sounds interesting. I love pancakes & I do enjoy spinach. Hard to believe they can come together and make a good breakfast item. Something I will need to try for myself.
