It would often be my “cheat day” treat. But why cheat when you can be healthier AND enjoy a treat?
Mama’s Cookie Dough
🍪 2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology (Regular or Vegan)
🍪 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
(or any natural – no added sugar – nut butter)
🍪 1/4 Cup of honey
🍪 1/2 tsp Vanilla
🍪 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (I use Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Chips)
Stir, scoop and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Ta da…no baking, healthy and tasty. What more can a mama ask for?
